Singularity leaves process on shutdown

Description

After shutdown and the window vanishes singularity has a habbit of leaving behind the process. this leaves a dead process that consumes 2gb of ram usually. I suggest an easy 'bandaid' fix would be to spin off a new process on shutdown that waits an appropiate ammount of time (30 seconds?) and then checks if the process is still running and sending the KILL signal to it if it has hung. killall does not kill the process i have to send the KILL signal (-9) to it to get it to die
