Screen Orientation drastically changes on login and Singularity crashes shortly thereafter

Description

This issue just started today. I did not select any keys, such as windows shortcut keys to cause this issue. The screen just all of a sudden re-sized, The graphics quality went to hell and the screen basically went down to a 800x600 looking screen. All surrounding things such as the window button, the task bar and clock just basically vanished.

I have done a clean uninstall twice and tried 2 different versions of Singularity, Each time I get the same exact issue on login. I can open Second Life using the Second Life viewer and the screen looks normal.

I also updated the driver for my AMD graphics card.
