Voice will not connect in 1.8.7 or 1.8.6 on Windows 8.1
I was able to get voice to connect in 1.8.6 by over-writing the following voice files with copies from 1.8.5:
in 1.8.7 when I attempt to over-write the files, voice connects but my viewer lags too badly to use. Lag persists until I disable voice AND restart the client. Disabling does not fix lag until restart of viewer. 1.8.7 viewer will not function correctly with these older voice files.
I guess my workaround is no longer an option in the new version!
Any suggestions that don't involve playing with my firewall settings? I already tried to connect directly to the modem without a firewall and added all the entire SL folder to my allow setting in windows. Not sure what changed in the Vivox SDK that would cause voice to magically stop working in all subsequent versions...
Is there a way to manually change whatever setting is different in 1.8.7 and 1.8.6 that is different from 1.8.5 back to 1.8.5?
Windows 8.1 - 64 bit

GPU: Radeon 5850
Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of singularity cause the issue, but I use 32-bit because 64-bit can't use quick time.
