Clicking 'Description' on an Event Notification

Description

When setting a Notification for an event listed in search, 5 minutes before it commences a notification popup is given. The options are Teleport, Description or Canel

Clicking Description merely opens the Search listings again, with the top most entry highlighted, not the event a notification was set for. (Teleport and Cancel behave as expected)

I'd like to see the behavior modified so that when one clicks Description, it either goes to the search listing and highlights the particularly entry you set the notification for OR it opens a floater, that's populated with the description of that event, and a Teleport button. I realise the latter is more involved, so perhaps the former would suffice.

Thankyou

To do this, I'm bringing back an old floater that apparently until now was not connected to anything except an slurl handler... so if it looks awful, lemme know.

Haaah, it's even a reimplementation of LLInstanceTracker, we'll hafta fix that eventually.
