What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an object
2. Rotate so all axes are non-zero
3. Click the blue rotation ring without moving the mouse
The object doesn't move
50% of the time, the object rotates to <0, 0, 0> degrees. Moving the mouse without letting go at this point has the object return to the rotation it started at. Letting go of the mouse while the object is rotated to <0, 0, 0> leaves the object rotated to <0, 0 ,0>.
